Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we do. We understand that sometimes people need to send items at the last minute, and we are there to help.

Can I book you for last-minute jobs?

Yes, but in most cases we will need at least 1-2 hours to come to you. Additional charges may be applied.

Do you work evenings or weekends?

We operate 24/7/365.

Booking & Pricing

How do I get a quote?

Are your prices fixed or hourly?

Our base charge is £65 per hour for one man one van, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. There is an option to get our service for 1 hour, but there will be a call-out fee of £25. There are several factors that contribute to our pricing, such as the number of floors, lift access, or when the booking was made. We are flexible to discuss pricing because we understand that every job is different.

Do you charge for mileage, fuel, or waiting time?

We do not charge for waiting time and fuel. We charge for mileage when it's above a specific distance.

Is there a minimum booking time?

Minimum booking time is 2 hours for our services. If you need us for less than 2 hours, there will be a call-out fee added.

Vehicles & Equipment

Do you provide straps, blankets, and trolleys?

Yes, they play an essential part in making the moving process smoother and faster.

Can you handle large or heavy items ( e.g. pianos, furniture)?

Handling large and heavy items plays a huge role in what we do. You can rest assured that no matter the weight or size, it will be handled and transferred properly and safely.

What size vans do you use?

We use XLWB vans and Luton vans.

Packing & Handling

Do you help with loading and unloading?

Yes, we help with loading and unloading your items.

Do you provide packing materials ( boxes, bubble wrap, tape)?

Yes, we can provide packing materials for an extra charge.

Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture?

Yes, we do offer that service for an extra cost.

How do you make sure items are trasported safely?

We have the appropriate safety equipment and experience to transport your items safely.

Payments & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer and cash.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book you?

Yes, you will need to pay a 20% safety deposit to use our services.

What is your cancellation policy?

Do you have insurance?

Your items will be insured up to £10.000.
